What's it like to be in the other person's shoes ?

Over the years, i became obsessed with one single question. Yes, probably a childhood trauma. But a useful one.


I delivered 400 screen designs, recorded 68 videos, wrote dozens of simplified documentation pages. I don’t even count the calls and bullet-point emails I wrote over 3 years to make sure my clients quickly and easily understood my work.

 2 hours and 34 minutes to perfect a 5-minute tutorial: my personal record. A little bit perfectionist.


But that’s how I am when it comes to helping others. I deeply care about your problem. Not all of them, but a big part.
